Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu launched "Nivaran Portal", an online system for redressal of service related grievance of railway employees.

Developer Of Nivaran Portal: Nivaran portal was developed by Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS), an IT arm of Indian Railways on basis of process designed by establishment directorate of Railway Board.
